What are these certificates?
As you may know for the long term permesso it is necessary to attach to the kit also your Italian criminal record, that shows if you have any criminal record here. These certificates are called Casellario Giudiziale and Carichi Pendenti
What is the difference between them?
The Casellario Giudiziale shows if you’ve had sentencing in the past, instead the Carichi pendenti shows if you have an ongoing sentence.
Can it be requested anywhere in Italy?
The Casellario Giudiziale can be requested in any city, instead the Carichi Pendenti should be requested in the city where you have the residenza
Which is the office where I can take them from?
First of all both certificates must be booked online from this Website. You have to choose the city where you want to take them and fill an application. Once you choose the city the application will show the Ufficio della Procura where you have to go.
How much do I have to pay for the certificates?
The cost is different depending on if you want the certificates with urgency or without urgency
What does it change?
- With urgency: you have to wait only 1 working day and you will pay 23,84€ each certificate
- Without urgency: you have to wait 3/5 working days and you will pay 19,92€ each certificate
Do I have to pay directly there?
You have to pay buying marca da bollo!
- If you chose with urgency, you will have to buy 3 marca da bollo: 1 of 16€ and 2 of 3,92€ for each certificate
- If you chose without urgency, you will have to buy 2 marca da bollo: 1 of 16€ and 1 of 3,92€ for each certificate
I filled the application, what do I have to do now?
Once you filled the application you have to print the receipt and depending on what you chose (with urgency or without urgency) go to the office shown at the beginning of the application after few days.
